The refurbished and expanded Osthaus Museum Hagen and the newly built Emil Schumacher Museum have formed the center of the Hagen Art Quarter since 2009. The museums are linked by a common ticket office area.

Access to the Osthaus Museum Hagen is at ground level and stepless through the main entrance. The door opens automatically.

A side entrance is opened by the staff when you are in the disabled parking space.

All levels of the Osthaus Museum Hagen can be reached with the barrier-free elevator or a lifting platform (with the help of the staff).

The door widths in the museum are suitable for wheelchairs.

1 disabled toilet is located in the foyer (ground floor).

1 wheelchair and folding stool (40) can be borrowed.

The Brasserie Novys am Museum is barrier-free and has 1 disabled toilet.

An assistance dog is allowed in the museum on request.
